Porto book presentation. The film.

Work, identity and decisions.

Original footage from the presentation of O Teu Próximo Passo by Sofia Manso at FNAC NorteShopping on 13 October 2026. The film captures moments from the gathering with readers and the conversation about work, identity and decisions.

Written for employees, leaders and organisations, the book explores how the world of work is changing. Through three movements — See Clearly, Decide and Move Forward — it invites readers to distinguish personal choices from the changes organisations need to make.
