ONE PROGRAMME. DIFFERENT WORKING REALITIES.

What do you want to move forward?

You do not need to be considering a new job. The starting point is a real question about your working life that deserves a more considered decision.

01

Employees and professionals

Find greater clarity about your place at work.

Distinguish effort from contribution, understand what is wearing you down and prepare conversations about expectations, recognition or progression. Work towards an informed choice: grow, renegotiate, reposition yourself or prepare for a different direction.

02

Leaders

Lead with criteria your team can understand.

Reconsider how you distribute responsibility, set priorities and support performance. Work on decisions and conversations that can strengthen autonomy, consistency and clarity, without equating constant availability with commitment.

03

Organisations

Develop the people who shape how others work.

Supporting a professional or leader to participate creates an opportunity to bring clearer thinking into everyday practice. The programme focuses on the participant’s decisions; a team-wide initiative has its own scope and proposal.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK TOWARDS

Move beyond uncertainty.
Build a direction.

The programme is designed to help you develop four practical outcomes, shaped by your situation and the work you do between sessions.

01

A clearer understanding of your situation

Identify the real issue, the patterns that recur and what genuinely needs your attention.

02

Criteria for your decisions

Compare alternatives against your priorities, existing constraints and the consequences of each option.

03

Better-prepared conversations

Clarify what you need to ask for, negotiate, communicate or stop taking on.

04

An achievable next step

Set a priority, define a first action and decide how to review what changes.

Outcomes depend on participation and individual circumstances. Mentoring supports your decision-making process; the decisions remain yours.

HOW IT WORKS

Your question.
A supported process.

Before each session

Preparation guidance helps you arrive with your own question and reflection. The book accompanies the programme and is purchased separately.

During the 75 minutes

Sofia Manso facilitates reflection, introduces perspectives and works with situations brought by the group. The small-group format allows people to learn from different contexts while keeping the focus on application.

Between sessions

Continue the reflection in your own working context, prepare decisions and notice what happens when you approach a situation differently. The next session helps you build on that work.

Individual sessions are not included. Sharing personal experiences is voluntary, participants agree to confidentiality, and sessions are not recorded.

DESPERTAR · DECIDIR · PROGREDIR

Six sessions.
A considered direction.

The three movements of the book are Despertar, Decidir and Progredir: understand your situation, decide and move forward. The outline describes your learning outcomes; practical exercises are explored within the programme.

0121 JAN
DESPERTAR / UNDERSTAND

Understand where you stand

Explore the relationship between work, identity and meaning. Define the question you want to work on throughout the programme.

0228 JAN
DESPERTAR / UNDERSTAND

Separate person and context

Distinguish personal responsibilities from organisational patterns and conditions. Identify your actual scope to influence the situation.

0304 FEB
DECIDIR / DECIDE

Broaden the possibilities

Explore what could change within your current situation and what may require a different move, considering constraints and consequences.

0411 FEB
DECIDIR / DECIDE

Choose with sound criteria

Organise your priorities and develop criteria that help you decide beyond urgency or fear.

0518 FEB
PROGREDIR / MOVE FORWARD

Prepare to act

Define the first move, the conversation you need to have and the conditions that would help you progress.

0625 FEB
PROGREDIR / MOVE FORWARD

Give your next step continuity

Review your direction, anticipate obstacles and make practical commitments for the period after the programme.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

The practical details.

Do I need to be planning to change jobs?

No. You may want to grow where you are, clarify responsibilities, prepare a conversation or lead more thoughtfully. The programme can also support the preparation of a change when that is the decision that makes sense.

What does a group of five mean?

The reference format is five participants per group. All applications are received. If demand exceeds the first group, additional groups may be arranged, with dates and conditions confirmed separately.

Is the book included?

No. The fee of €300 + VAT per participant covers all six sessions. The Portuguese-language book O Teu Próximo Passo is purchased separately. If you already own a copy, you can use it.

How is a place confirmed?

After applying, you receive availability, the total amount payable and payment and cancellation conditions. Participation is only confirmed under the terms communicated and accepted. The form does not take payment.

Can my organisation fund my place?

Yes. You can mention this when we follow up. Participation is individual within the group. For a session or initiative designed for your team, see the offer for organisations.

Is this psychological support?

This is a professional-development and work-related decision-making programme. It does not replace psychological or clinical support.
